KA’s NinjaFit class

Our NinjaFit kids’ classes are the perfect combination of fitness, obstacles and fun!

Each class is carefully designed to incorporate the elements of Teamwork, Fitness, Body Awareness and Fun! Playground-like implements are used to teach participants body awareness through climbing, swinging, throwing and balancing while having a great time. Foundational strength movements are also taught using basic gym equipment such as medicine balls, boxes, kettlebells and dumbbells. Age and ability appropriate modifications are made in order to ensure each session is challenging yet not discouraging.

Class sizes are capped as follows:

  • Ages 3-5: 4 Children/1 Instructor, 5+ Children/2 Instructors

  • Ages 6-8: 6 Children/1 Instructor, 7+ Children/2 Instructors

KA’s Kids and Pre-teen Strength and Conditioning

It's never too early to get them started with a healthy relationship with fitness.

Ages 8+ use rowers, kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, gymnastics and bodyweight movements, and barbells...

... In order to gain strength, conditioning, and an appreciation for how the body moves. Foundational strength movements are taught using gym equipment such as medicine balls, boxes, kettlebells and dumbbells. Weightlifting and compound movements are introduced and practiced. Age and ability appropriate modifications are made in order to ensure each session is challenging yet not discouraging.
