Classes

We offer classes for every skill level, and all classes are scalable for any fitness or skill level.

CrossFit group classes require prior experience or the Foundations program.

  • A typical one-hour class includes a warmup, skill or strength work and a metabolic conditioning segment (the WOD) with total body fitness in mind. This is a coach-led class that can be modified to fit anyone’s fitness level.

A wide variety of functional movements, power lifts and Olympic lifts are used on a regular basis in the class. Any implement in the gym is fair game: bike to rowers, sandbags to slamballs, kettlebells to barbells and more.

Prior experience or Foundations program are required to participate (except Saturday class).

  • This is a 6-session personal training program that will teach you the foundations of powerlifting and Olympic lifting while improving your fitness level with metabolic conditioning training.

You will participate in five personal training sessions and learn the basics, then move into the group setting with a one-on-one trainer for one class. The first five sessions are scheduled with a personal trainer, the remaining class allows you to attend any CrossFit class you would like.

  • It's never too early to get them started with a healthy relationship with fitness.

Ages 5 - 8 use rowers, kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, gymnastics and bodyweight movements...

Ages 9 -16 use all of the above and barbells...

... In order to gain strength, conditioning, and an appreciation for how the body moves. Foundational strength movements are taught using gym equipment such as medicine balls, boxes, kettlebells and dumbbells. Weightlifting and compound movements are introduced and practiced. Age and ability appropriate modifications are made in order to ensure each session is challenging yet not discouraging.

  • Each class is designed to incorporate the elements of Teamwork, Fitness, Body Awareness and Fun! Playground-like implements are used to teach participants body awareness through climbing, swinging, throwing and balancing while having a great time. Foundational strength movements are also taught using basic gym equipment such as medicine balls, boxes, kettlebells and dumbbells. Age and ability appropriate modifications are made in order to ensure each session is challenging yet not discouraging. Class size is capped at 10.

Others choose yoga as an effective, natural way to relax and relieve stress.
