Click below and we will contact you to set up a “No-Sweat Introduction” to discuss your goals and what we have to offer you.

You come in and get a tour of the gym and we talk about why you’re ready for a change. We understand that everyone is an individual with their own unique set of abilities and limitations. We will have a conversation about your goals, schedule, history, limitations and expectations. From here, we will come up with the best course of action for you.

Most people are candidates for the “Foundations of CrossFit” course.

Foundations of CrossFit

Scheduled according to your availability

This is a 6-session personal training program that will teach you the foundations of powerlifting and Olympic lifting while improving your fitness level with metabolic conditioning training.

You will participate in five personal training sessions and learn the basics, then move into the group setting with a one-on-one trainer for one class. The first five sessions are scheduled with a personal trainer, the remaining class allows you to attend any CrossFit class you would like.
