CrossFit Kids Demo Classes

To anyone interested we will be holding free demo classes for CrossFit Kids for the remainder of the month of May.  These classes will be on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.  The times will be as follows:

Kids age 5-12:  Tues, Thurs at 5:30pm and Saturday at 9:ooam

Kids and Teens Age 12 – 18:  Tues, Thurs at 6:30pm and Saturday at 10:00am.

There is an intentional overlap for 12 year olds.  We will evaluate them and place them in the appropriate class.  Please email me at tom@crossfitulster.com to schedule a class or to request more information.

Free Trial Classes

FREE TRIAL CLASSES

CrossFit Members,

We are going to ask that if you plan on bringing a friend to try it out that you bring them to a weekend class.  We are doing this so we can progress with our current members and not always slow down classes to show beginners the movements.

For new members we are going to be starting our on-ramp program as soon as we open up next door.   The on-ramp will benefit new CrossFitters because they can learn the fundamentals and not feel overwhelmed by the more advanced members.

The free trial classes will be available during the 10AM class on Saturday’s and Sunday’s.  Please try to notify us in advance if at all possible.
